Long-time customers honoured

Peter Gissmann, founder of ALMATO, opened the 10th Customer Forum by awarding our most loyal customers: Lufthansa Intouch, Gothaer, Carglass, Lands' End and IKEA all have been using the ALMATO Quality Monitoring software for over 10 years.

Fascinating Keynotes

On Thursday, memory expert Markus Hoffmann showed participants how to easily remember facts and names. On Friday, Sebastian Schreiber, founder of Syss, performed a live-hacking, hacking into different websites and devices. It was an eye-opening and humorous keynote, where he didn't just lower website prices but also hacked encrypted USB sticks.

Customer Presentations

This year, the Customer Form boasted a wide variety of customer presentations that showed how the ALMATO solutions held up in practice and offered participants the opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss with users.

Funke Dialog shared their experiences in implementing ALMATO Quality Monitoring across their service centers.

E.ON showed how they support their agents in real time and created customer-oriented workstations using ALMATO Real Time Interaction Management. Particularly the live presentation of the unified desktop workstation garnered a lot of interest from participants.

On Friday, Thomas Cook showed how process automation can work for the tourism industry. One of the examples they showed was the automatic creation and sending of booking confirmations via e-mail.

Informative Presentations

On Friday, Craig Pumpfrey from NICE held a presentation on Customer Journeys and explained why it is particularly important to be able to offer multichannel customer service.

Peter Beckschaefer from ALMATO showed what call centers can learn from production: from quality management to the automation of certain process steps to support employees.

Meet the Experts

The traditional Meet the Experts part of our event was again a huge success. ALMATO expertes answered questions on Quality Monitoring, Real Time Interaction Management, Robotic Process Automation and Interaction Analytics and showed the solutions live. Furthermore, Meet the Expert offered the opportunity for networking and sharing experiences.

Beautiful Evening on the Cannstatter Wasen

The Wasen is Germany's second-largest Oktoberfest. To end the first day of the event, ALMATO invited all participants enjoy beer, good food and live music.

We would like to thank all participants and speakers for two great days and hope to see everyone again for next year's Customer Forum.
