ALMATO Hosts ROBOTICS DAY

Information and networking event about Robotic Process Automation.

Reutlingen, 12. April 2016 - ALMATO invites interested parties to their ROBOTICS DAY in Switzerland on June 8. During this half-day event, the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) specialist will inform about how the automation of structured processes can radically reduce process time and costs. In the exclusive ambience of the Kameha Grand in Zurich, participants will learn how Deutsche Telekom was able to realize significant resource savings with ALMATO's digital robots after just a short amount of time, while at the same time increasing their quality in backoffice and contact center. The event, including lunch and dinner, is free and registration is open at www.almato.de

ALMATO's Robotics Day is all about a key technology trend: automation. The event will feature sessions by early adopters on the practical application of Robotic Process Automation. Robotic Process Automation, or RPA, is a software with which digital robots automatically handle structured business processes, e.g. the administration of customer data or account control. Compared to manual processing, implementing digital robots leads to a higher efficiency as well as time and cost savings and increased customer satisfaction through an increase in service quality.

Besides introductions to the topic of RPA and hands-on advice about the implementation of this technology, participants can also actively communicate with early adopters. Customer keynotes give insight into the challenges and best practices when putting RPA into action. Amongst others, Deutsche Telekom will detail their experiences with RPA. Since March of last year, over 150.000 processes a month are handled by software robots at the telecommunications company. The resulting resource savings and increased customer satisfaction offer a significant competitive advantage.

"We're looking forward to showing potential users and executives of all industries how RPA can save them time and money, reduce errors and significantly improve process quality.", says Axel-Schwarz-Scholten, Head of Business Development at ALMATO.

The event, including lunch and dinner, is free of charge.
