ALMATO, the Germany-based provider of automation and quality monitoring solutions was awarded the EMEA Business Partner of the Year award by NICE at the annual customer and partner event in London. The award was in the category of Solution Partnership and showcases ALMATO's success with Real Time Interaction Management (RTIM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). In both areas, ALMATO uses the products of technology partner NICE Systems to realize complex projects with customers like Thomas Cook, Geoban (Banco Santander) or IKEA.

Peter started his career in banking and then studied business studies at the University of Tuebingen. After successfully completing his studies, he worked as a marketing consultant for banks before switching to the world of call centers in 2004, when he started as Accoung Manager at EXCELSIS Information Systems.

Since 2006 Peter Beckschaefer consults ALMATO's clients in the implementation of innovative Robotic Process Automation and Contact Center solutions.
