CCW 2016: ALMATO presents automation solutions for front and back office

CCW 2016: Specialist for automation software at international customer contact congress & trade fair

Reutlingen, 10 February 2016 - From 23rd through 25th of February 2016 the CCW will take place in Berlin. ALMATO will alsobe at the international trade fair for customer service, communication and contact centers. The German Robotic Process Automation pioneer will inform companies how they can reduce administrative overhead and improve service quality and customer satisfaction by automating processes in back office and contact center.

On February 23, the 18th CCW will open its doors at the Estrel Congress & Trade Fair Center in Berlin. For three days, experts will discuss current trends and new technologies in customer care and contact center at the international trade fair in lectures, roundtables and stands. 

This year's CCW topic is "Humans - Service - Change: Shaping the Future". Fittingly, ALMATO will present innovative tools to automate business processes with which customer satisfaction, service quality and performance can be significantly improved. The software company will show how employees can profit from Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Real Time Interaction Management (RTIM®).

Robotic Process Automation, the fully automated handling of structured business processes by digital robots, frees employees from mundane work, enabling them to concentrate on value-adding processes. RTIM, on the other hand, supports employees during the customer interaction itself by giving next-best-action recommendations in real time. Using previously defined business-rules, the software filters relevant information from different systems, analyzes it and presents it to the employee in a concrete, customer-focused manner.
