How does the future of customer service look like? For ALMATO, the answer is simple: it's faster, better - and already here, thanks to automation.
At this year's CCW, ALMATO showed how automation can help contact centers achieve better customer service by assisting agents in real time. Our software robots automatically process mundane tasks for the employee and they can also work like virtual assistants: by searching all databases for relevant information about the customer during the call and presenting it right when the customer service agent needs it.
The result: Happier customers and employees.
This year, ALMATO also brought real robots to the CCW. Because our software bots are notoriously hard to photograph, we brought a couple of sphero BB-8's. They were a huge hit and many visitors participated in our survey for a chance to win one of them.
