Last year's ALMATO booth already emphasized automation, this year, the other exhibitors followed suit. With Robotic Process Automation, structured business processes are handled automatically through digital robots. Real Time Interaction Management, meanwhile, supports customer service agents in real-time during the interaction.
Topics like the integration of new technologies such as chatbots and artificial intelligence in customer interactions, supporting employees in customer service as well as the increase of efficiency and quality were a focal point of this year's CCW.

The presentations by ALMATO about increased efficiency through Robotic Process Automation were also a huge success. Peter Beckschäfer explained what Robotic Process Automation is, what the digital robots can do and how they are used by ALMATO customers.
