CCW 2017 – Rise of the Bots

No matter where you looked at the CCW 2017: chatbots, automation and artificial intelligence were everywhere.

Last year's ALMATO booth already emphasized automation, this year, the other exhibitors followed suit. As one of the pioneers of this technology in the DACH region, ALMATO has been successfully providing Robotic Process Automation and Real Time Interaction Management for customer service and back office.

With Robotic Process Automation, structured business processes are handled automatically through digital robots. Real Time Interaction Management, meanwhile, supports customer service agents in real-time during the interaction.

Topics like the integration of new technologies such as chatbots and artificial intelligence in customer interactions, supporting employees in customer service as well as the increase of efficiency and quality were a focal point of this year's CCW.

They are topics ALMATO's been focussing on for years. The ALMATO solutions are all about customer service 4.0 - excellent service quality through optimal technological support of employees.

The presentations by ALMATO about increased efficiency through Robotic Process Automation were also a huge success. Peter Beckschäfer explained what Robotic Process Automation is, what the digital robots can do and how they are used by ALMATO customers.

We thank all visitors and the organizers for a great CCW 2017 and look forward to next year.
