Congratulations: Our Customer CommuniGate Now Takes Care of Over 8.000 000 Credit Cards

The communications service provider CommuniGate is now in charge of over 8 million credit card customers. 

The company was founded in 1998 as a subsidiary of Bayern Card Services and Lufthansa AirPlus Servicekarten. Since then, CommuniGate has grown from 40 to 500 employees. Since 2011, the company with its headquarters in Passau has opened a second location in Frankfurt.

5 years ago, CommuniGate chose almato as its Quality Monitoring provider. Since then, the company could improve its external ratings and internal quality as well as integrate the quality monitoring solution into their existing bonus and quality system. 

"Thanks to ALMATO we now have a tool that comprises recording, quality monitoring, coaching and reporting and enables us to combine the results of our quality ratings with our bonus system", says Stephan Schmidt, Head of Risk and Quality Management at CommuniGate.
