Christmas is the time to share our fortune with others. Which is why this year, ALMATO will again donate money to charity instead of buying presents. This year, we support UNICEF and the Reutlinger Kinderschutzbund, an organization that helps children in our area.
For ALMATO, it was an exciting, successful year. Due to the positive development of our business, we were able to almost double the number of our employees and do many exciting projects.
We also attended many interesting events: for example the Call Center World, where we discussed Quality Monitoring, Robotic Process Automation and Real Time Interaction Management. Robotic Process Automation was a hot topic this year and garnered a lot of interest at the Shared Services Week and the Strategy Days in November.
But we didn't just attend events, we organized one too. Our traditional Customer Forum celebrated its tenth birthday this year. It was full of interesting presentations, networking and the exchange of experiences.
We've already fixed the date for the 11th Customer Forum, so be sure to save the date and check back for more information next year.
There was another huge project this year: We updated our website and our logo. We hope to provide a better experience, clearer structure and mobile friendliness with it. We also implemented new features, such as our videos explaining RPA and RTIM:
We're looking forward to 2016 and many new, interesting projects. We hope to welcome you back in the new year to keep you informed about ALMATO, Robotic Process Automation, Real Time Interaction Management and Quality Monitoring.
