RTIM Insight 2013 – A Successful Event

The first ever almato RTIM Insight event about partial automation and Real Time Interaction Management took place this April in Cologne.

Cologne, 16th April 2013. The slogan for this year's event was "Real Time Interaction Management – From Solution Into Practice". During the event, the newest software innovations were presented. Particularly the practical examples presented by our customers made this event a success. These automation user cases and the cost savings they garnered resulted in lively discussions amongst the participants. The excellent dinner at the Brasserie Fou of the Mariott Hotel marked the end of this successfull event.

After successfully completing his studies, he worked as a marketing consultant for banks before switching to the world of call centers in 2004, when he started as Accoung Manager at EXCELSIS Information Systems.

Since 2006 Peter Beckschaefer consults ALMATO's clients in the implementation of innovative Robotic Process Automation and Contact Center solutions.
