Workshop: Robotic Process Automation – How Digital Robots Can Decrease Your Workload and Support You at Work

Peter Beckschaefer, Head of Sales at ALMATO and Volker Schlenvogt, Project Manager for E.ON, will run a workshop on Robotic Process Automation at the Strategy Days on the 24th of November.

Contact center employees are under increasing pressure. They need to quickly switch between different applications in order to find the information a customer is looking for. At the same time, customers expect the agent to have the right information at the right moment for them.

On the 24th of November, ALMATO will run a workshop at the strategy days CRM & Call Center. Volker Schlenvogt from E.ON will present a use case on how automation can make the life of employees easier and increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Particularly providing the right information quickly at the right time is an essential benefit of automation.
